Account Registration and Management

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

To open an account at raja baji, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must provide accurate and complete information on the registration form
• A person may hold only one account
• Must register under their own identity — not on behalf of anyone else
• Must be willing to provide the necessary documents to verify the information submitted

2.2 Account Security

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details, password, and OTP confidential. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the member must immediately contact the support center. Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your own account is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, the member must notify the platform in a timely manner. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account, and raja baji reserves the right to forfeit any pending winnings or bonuses associated with that account.

Age Verification and Adult Status

raja baji is a 21+ platform. Members must be at least 21 years of age to participate in any casino and betting activities.

We may request a government-issued ID or other proof to verify a member's age at any time when necessary. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently close an account if age cannot be verified. 3.1 Parental Controls

It is recommended to use parental control software on devices that minors can access. The account holder will bear responsibility for any consequences arising from a minor's use of the account.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

raja baji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning winnings become withdrawable after the bonus amount has been wagered 15 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement on that bonus will be ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period and usage conditions — expired bonuses will be considered void
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed
• Bonuses may only be used within the main service — transfer to another account is strictly prohibited
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and winnings of the associated account may be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the relevant offer states otherwise

5.3 VIP Program

raja baji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Cashback is provided on weekly net losses at the applicable rate. Specific terms and conditions for VIP benefits apply separately.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A placed bet is considered final and cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is clear evidence of a technical error or discrepancy. If a bet is not confirmed due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the member must check their account's bet history.

6.2 Odds and Results

Published odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount is generally refunded — however, conditions may differ depending on the specific type of game.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game displays an incorrect result due to software or server issues, raja baji will conduct a proper investigation and confirm the correct result. The right to forfeit winnings obtained as a result of technical errors is reserved.

6.4 Multiple Accounts and Fraud

raja baji maintains strict monitoring to prevent any individual from operating multiple accounts, cheating, or abusing the system. If evidence of improper activity is found, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the raja baji platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using the details of more than one person on a single account
• Bonus abuse, such as claiming the welcome bonus multiple times under multiple identities
• Using the platform for money laundering or for processing funds from illegal sources
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Obtaining or misusing another member's account information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to platform systems or exploit security vulnerabilities
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Harming or misleading other members through fraudulent means

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in account closure, forfeiture of deposits and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by raja baji

raja baji may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or participation in prohibited activities
• Doubt about the accuracy of information provided, or evidence of false information
• Failure to verify age or non-cooperation with the verification process
• Temporary suspension for security reasons or in the interest of an investigation

8.2 Account Closure by Member

A member may request to close their account at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity will be given to complete any pending bets and withdraw the account balance, subject to compliance with the Terms.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, members may request to voluntarily exclude themselves for a specific period. raja baji respects this request and takes the appropriate steps.

Limitation of Liability

raja baji does not bear any responsibility in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• In the case of delays or failures by third-party service providers (mobile financial services, network operators)
• If loss occurs due to issues with the member's own device or software
• If the service is disrupted due to unexpected technical problems, cyberattacks, or natural disasters
• If loss occurs due to the member's login details being disclosed to or stolen by another party

raja baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend services at any time for maintenance or improvement. Every effort will be made to notify members in such situations.

Dispute Resolution

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

If a member has a grievance or dispute, they should first contact raja baji's 24/7 live chat or email support. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. Providing the account number, details of the relevant transaction, and a clear description of the issue when submitting a complaint will help reach a faster resolution.

10.2 Resolution Timeframe

Submitted complaints are worked on with the aim of resolving them as quickly as possible. Complex matters may require additional time to investigate — during this period, the member will be kept regularly informed of the progress of the investigation.

10.3 Final Decision

The decision given by raja baji in resolving a dispute will be considered final, however a member may choose to pursue external alternative dispute resolution methods in accordance with applicable regulations.

Changes to Terms & Privacy

11.1 Terms Update

raja baji reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the platform and registered members will be informed where possible. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as the member's automatic acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Personal Data Protection

Full details of how a member's personal information is collected, stored and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these terms.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully effective. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision consistent with the original intent.

11.4 Entire Agreement
